    Resume Data & AI Processing

To provide resume tailoring, we collect and store the resume content you upload or enter (your "Fact Bank") and the tailored resumes you generate. This may include personal data such as your name, contact details, work history, education, and skills.

    • Encryption at rest: your Fact Bank and saved applications are encrypted in our database.
    • AI sub-processor: to generate tailored resumes and analyze job descriptions, the relevant text is sent to OpenAI's API. OpenAI processes this data to return results and, per OpenAI's API policy, does not use API data to train its models. We request zero-data-retention where available and operate under a Data Processing Agreement.
    • Retention & deletion: your resume data is retained while your account is active and is deleted when you delete the data or close your account. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Our Lawful Basis for processing your information

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires all organisations that process personal data to have a Lawful Basis for doing so.
